Oliver Mackay and Chrissie Trabucco have transformed El Joyero into Lowlands. After gutting, painting and reworking parts of the establishment with furnishing touches obtained from The Manufactory nearby, Lowlands has cropped up as a crisp, light-filled option for the summer months.
